Princess Creations Bake Shoppe reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Orders and Payments

  1. Order Placement: Orders can be placed over the phone or in-store. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of ordering, depending on the product.
  2. Custom Orders: All custom orders must be confirmed and approved. Details, including design, flavors, and special requests, must be provided in writing.
  3. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.
  4. Deposits: All wedding related orders require a non-refundable $100 deposit to secure the date payable upon booking.
  5. Payments: We accept cash, check or debit/credit card. Payments must be completed prior to pickup or delivery.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • Orders canceled more than 7 days before the pickup or delivery date may receive a full refund.
    • Orders canceled within 7 days of the scheduled date may not be eligible for a refund due to the cost of preparation.
  2. Refunds:
    • Refunds are issued at the discretion of Princess Creations Bake Shoppe.
    • Products that do not meet agreed-upon standards may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Photographic evidence may be required.
    • Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with taste, as personal preferences vary.

4. Pickup and Delivery

  1. Pickup: Customers are responsible for inspecting and transporting their orders upon pickup. Once the order has left our premises, we are not liable for damage caused during transit.
  2. Delivery: Delivery may be available for an additional fee. Delivery times are approximate, and Princess Creations Bake Shoppe is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Storage: It is the customer’s responsibility to follow storage instructions provided for perishable items.

5. Allergies and Special Dietary Requests

  1. Allergens: Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten.
  2. Dietary Requests: While we make every effort to accommodate dietary requests (e.g., gluten-free, sugar-free), we cannot guarantee that products are free of cross-contamination.

6. Custom Orders and Designs

  1. Design Approval: We require written confirmation for all custom designs. Princess Creations Bake Shoppe will make every effort to match the agreed design, but slight variations may occur.
  2. Photographs: We reserve the right to photograph custom creations for marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your order to be photographed, please notify us in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Princess Creations Bake Shoppe is not liable for:

  1. Damages caused by improper handling or storage of products after pickup or delivery.
  2. Customer dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences in taste or appearance.
